financial strategies from PHAs that are converting with cash only, PHAs that are leveraging a
loan, to PHAs that need 4% or 9% tax credits and multiple funding sources.

 

ABOUT US

Vizion Driven Communities, LLC (VDC) is a limited liability company organized in the State of
Alabama and formerly known as Bennett Group Consulting. Bennett Group Consulting was
established in 2013 for the purpose of providing consulting services to public housing authorities
participating in HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration Program and to consult with other non-
profits in their efforts to manage varying real estate assets. Judy Van Dyke, sole member of
Vizion Driven Communities, has been involved in the affordable housing industry since 1997.
